What's the minimum group size?
We cater to groups from 10 to 200+. For smaller teams (under 15), we can design a private experience or join you with other groups.
Do we need passports?
Yes — Batam is in Indonesia. Most nationalities get visa-free entry for up to 30 days. We'll guide you through the requirements.
Can we mix activities from different packages?
Absolutely. Every package is a starting point. Use the activity builder above or tell us what you want — we'll design the programme.
What about dietary requirements?
We handle halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergies. Just let us know during booking.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 4–6 weeks for groups over 50. Smaller groups can sometimes be arranged with 2 weeks' notice.
